With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Brandly of Aberdeen, South Dakota, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Brandly and Arlene Brandly (Bigelow); his former wife Doris Brown of Rochester; and his brother-in-law Lance Oleson. He is survived by: his wife Jean Woods of Canada; his daughters, Rhonda Hansen (Clyde) of Peoria, AZ, Linda Kolb (Stan) of Aberdeen and Jane Jangula (Jerry) of Aberdeen; his sister Barbara Oleson of Fitchburg, WI; his grandsons, Justin Hansen (Jacque), Jarin Hansen (Kristi), Cason Kolb (Julie), Michael Kolb (Melissa), Joshua Jangula (Amber Nixon) and Joey Jangula; and his great grandchildren, Vivienne, Caden, Alayna, Paisley, Charlee Hansen, Carissa, Dominic, Dylan Kolb and Nixon Jangula.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to two of Ron's favorite charities: The Salvation Army and Aberdeen First United Methodist Church.
