We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2020, at the age of 80, Richard Nelson of Aberdeen, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Kenneth Nelson and Lillian Nelson (Larson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Nelson of Aberdeen; his children, David Nelson of Aberdeen, Jennifer Geffre (Jerome) of Aberdeen and Becky Hoon (Randy) of Tea, SD; his grandchildren, Dylan Nelson (Brianna), Logan Hoon and Cameron Hoon; his great grandchildren, Trey Nelson, Devin Nelson and Riley Nelson; and his brother Donald Nelson (Marie) of West Jefferson, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
