He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlo Swenson and Betty Swenson; his sister Kathy Poe; his parents-in-law, Howard and Harriet Schornack; and his son-in-law Joel Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Schornack Neiger; his children, Jennifer Schneider of Springboro, OH, Jason Neiger of Minneapolis, MN, Laura Vostad (Andy) of Mankato, MN and Cody Swenson of Sioux Falls; his siblings, Richard (Linda) of Aberdeen and Lea Ann Crane (Scott) of Sioux Falls; his brother-in-law Gregg Poe of Papillion, NE; and his grandsons, Colin, Jacob Schneider and Caleb Vostad. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
