She was predeceased by: her parents, Versal Smith and Laurice Smith (Hunt); her husband Charles Gustafson; and her siblings, Marilyn Heuer, Delores Van Schoiack, Francis Smith and Carol Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, James Gustafson (Anneene), Charles Gustafson, Jr., Brian Gustafson (Laurie) and Kevin Gustafson; her grandchildren, James Gustafson, Jr. (Elsa), Julie Gustafson (Jenny Muscanell), Joshua Gustafson, Derek Gustafson (Katlyn), Donielle Gustafson (Nick Wuebben), Dillon Gustafson and Tessa Gustafson; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Ezra, Esme, Camila, Maddox, Mallory, Adalynn, Annabelle, Charlotte, Skyler and Wyatt; and her siblings, Willis Smith, Lori Shangreaux (Rich) and Chuck Smith.
