He is survived by: his wife Mariko Kuniyoshi; his children, Mark Costello and Michelle Raw (Josh); his grandchildren, Zander, Zavier, Skylar and Chloe; and his sisters, Laurel Johnson (Al), Paula Braun, Clalien Dahl (Tom), Peggy Gable (Randy), Jaci Costello, Pam Costello and Carol Cameron (Ron).
