She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Welch and Nina Welch (Williams); her husband Donald Ristau; and her brothers, Robert and Duane.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Torrence (Joe) of Northville, SD, Lana Ristau of Norman, OK, Debra Robinson (Art) of Palmer, AK, Bryan Ristau (Lynda) of Tampa Bay, FL and Chad Ristau of Mansfield; and her brother William Welch of Oracle, AZ. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 18 Great-Grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
