He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Stebbins and Ruby Stebbins (Macer); and his sister Margaret Synegard. He is survived by: his wife Marie Burns; his stepsons, Brent Burns (Jennifer) of Watertown, SD and Lance Burns (Kristi) of Westport, SD; his grandson Gage Burns; and his brother Raymond Stebbins.
