Larry D. Nupen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry D. Nupen in Aberdeen, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Larry may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harry Nupen and Honore Hildegard Nupen (Benjaminson); and his grandparents, Bryant and Lake Norden. He is survived by: his wife Clarice Neumann Kappenaver; his brother Curtis Nupen; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Nupen and Colleen Nupen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church - Aberdeen (624 N Jay St, Aberdeen, SD 57401).
