He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ralph and Alva Phillips (Seidschlag); and his grandparents, William and Mary'Mattie'Phillips. He is survived by: his aunts, Martha Phillips and Beulah Phillips; his cousins, Carmen Phillips and Mary Jo Hall; his wife Janet Kay Vetch; and his children, Lori Kay Goldade (Chris) and Jason Lee Phillips.
