He was predeceased by: his parents, Micki Diserly and Haryl Diserly; his grandparents, Dick Weinriess, Leonard Old Rock and Irene Brown; and his sister Morning Star Old Rock.

He is survived by: his siblings, Kawliga, Kayan, Kehala and Anna Diserly; his children, Nevaeh, Haven Diserly and Trent Perry; and his godmother Wanita Morsette.
