With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kasper Scherr of Aberdeen, South Dakota, born in Hague, North Dakota, who passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Scherr and Theresa Scherr (Reinbold); and his siblings, Leonard Scherr, Joseph Scherr and Genevieve Craeger (Scherr).

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Kiesz of Aberdeen; his children, Len Scherr (Emma) of Aberdeen, Bob Scherr of Eden Prairie, MN, Vickie Hyland (Patrick) of Plymouth, MN and Joel Scherr of Breckenridge, MN; and his sister Rosemary Kocher.
