He is survived by: his wife Marcella Louise Malsom of Webster; his children, Karen Stark (Bill) of Lowry, MN, Joan Weisser of Aberdeen, Connie Schweitzer (Brad) of Aberdeen, Elaine Ellerbusch (Mike) of Britton, SD, Mark Scherr (Jacque) of Ft. Worth, TX, Brian Scherr (Leah) of Ukiah, CA, David Scherr of Aberdeen, Randy Scherr (Mary) of Webster, Ron Scherr of Rapid City and Todd Scherr (Shayla) of Rapid City; and his siblings, Sebastian Scherr (Marion) of Roscoe, Kasper Scherr (Jeanette) of Aberdeen, Rosemary Kocher (Peter) of Hague, ND, Barbara Hoerner of Aberdeen, Lorraine Uhrich (Marvin) of Roscoe and Violet Horn (Gene) of Watertown, SD. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
