He was predeceased by: his son Chuck; his wife Pat Miller; his siblings, Bill and Mary Ann (Wayne Harty); and his great great grandchild Marley.
He is survived by: his former wife Anna Heier; his daughter-in-law Sheila Rombs of Aberdeen; his children, Peggy Gruenstein of Aberdeen, Russell Miller (Sherry) of Sioux Falls, Char Miller of Aberdeen, Chris Miller of Sioux Falls and Charice Horacek (Jeff) of Sioux Falls; his siblings, Ed Rombs (Alice) of Aberdeen, Bob Rombs (Lynette) of Mandan, ND and Dorothy Meyers of Frederick, SD; and his sister-in-law Mary Rombs of Aberdeen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
