It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel B. Wilson of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Wilson and Sylvia Wilson (Tollefson); his sister Joanne Hummel (Ervin); his stepmother Pearl Wilson; and his brothers-in-law, Art Yeske and Dean Eichler.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce I. Eichler; his brothers, Roger Wilson (Connie), Linthicum of Heights, MD, Richard Wilson (Michelle) of Houghton, SD, Larry Wilson (Mary) of Gays Mills, WI and Dr. James Wilson (Ruby) of Bruce, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Yeske, Sharon Zastrow (Roger), Betty Dunker (Steve), Karl Eichler (Val) and Keith Eichler (Suzan).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Dakota Boys Ranch in North Dakota or Main Street Living.
