He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Sperry and Esther Sperry (James); and his stepmother Marjorie Sperry (Jones). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Burnham; his children, Katharine Novstrup (Sperry), Scott Sperry and John Sperry; his grandchildren, Linda Friez (Novstrup), Andrew, Evalyn, Grace, Allie, Evie, Ty, Erica Emily (Troy), Mark Sperry, Michael Sperry, James, John, Matthew Sperry, Nicholas Sperry (Jorydnne Hart) and Alex Sperry; his sister Marian Miller (Sperry); and his sister-in-law Betty Burum. He is also survived by three children, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
