It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene V. Kalt of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Gange and Pearl Gange (Wilson); her husband Walter "Pete" Kalt; her brother Wilbur Gange; and her great grandchild Anne Maguire.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Fink (Duane) of Leola, SD, Janice Weiss (Denny) of Yankton, SD, Dean Kalt (Vonnie) of Watertown, SD and Daryl Kalt of Mina, SD.
