He is survived by: his children, Margaret (Lester) and Jerry (Gail); his grandchildren, Kristin Fliehs, Tom Jacobsen (Malou), Rafe Jacobsen (Stacey), Ryan Jacobsen (Jamie) and Renee Radke of Julie Struck; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Fliehs, Kailey Fliehs, Grace Jacobsen, Tyler Jacobsen, Eric Jacobsen, Riley Jacobsen, Reis Jacobsen, Ren Carter Jacobsen, Alexandra Radke-Kiesz and Elena Radke-Kiesz; his wife Esther Struck; his parents, Louis Struck and Mary Struck; and his son Lee Struck.
