She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lux and Esther Lux (Oldenburg); her husband Walter Achterberg; her stepdaughter Marilyn Kramer; and her nephew Kelly Lux.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Achterberg; her stepdaughter Evonne Gilbertson (Scott); her stepson-in-law Mike Kramer; and her siblings, Harold Eugene Lux (Fran), Marlene Ames, Don Lux (Dorothy) and Roger Lux (Holly).
