It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna L. Ernst of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Wiederrich and Theresia Wiederrich (Raugutt); and her husband Melvin Ernst of Roscoe, SD. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ernst (Joan) of Aberdeen, SD and Patti (Jon); her grandchildren, Ben Ernst, Luke Mesmer (Brittany), Sam Mesmer and Jennifer Ozaki (Grant); and her sisters-in-law, Billie Wiederrich of Oregon and Shirley Guthmiller of Arizona.
