He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Schaunaman (Wullweber); his wife Hazel Schaunaman; his father Henry Sr. Schaunaman; and his siblings, George, Irl, Leon, Edwin, Harold, Albert, Henry Jr., Vern, Anita Serna and Ruth Morrison.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Schaunaman (Lana) of Ashley, ND, Kristie Erickson (Gregg) of Aberdeen, Craig Schaunaman (Carolyn) of Aberdeen and Kirk Schaunaman (Kim) of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Chad Schaunaman (Mysty), Staci Sundberg (John), Scot Schaunaman (Crystal), Becky Erickson, Andrew Erickson (Shari), Thomas Erickson (Courtney), Emma, Samuel Schaunaman, Kayla, Kelcy and Karly Schaunaman; his great grandchildren, Adrianne, Dylan Schaunaman, Clay, Ian, Tate, Zane, Kade Sundberg, Cora, Cutler, Calli Schaunaman, Claire, Blake, Charli Erickson and Lucy Erickson; his siblings, Lyle Schaunaman (Trudy) and Ila Ronning (Ardel); and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Morrison, Pauline Schaunaman and Bev Wendt. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials to the Aberdeen Family YMCA, Brown County 4-H or Scottish Rite/Freemasonry Foundation.
