She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Kappes and Katherine Kappes; her husband Robert Hieb; and her brothers, Raymond and Reuben Kappes of Aberdeen.
She is survived by: her children, Pastor Glen Hieb (Jackie) of Strongville, OH, Cora Van Loan of Rapid City, SD, Cynthia Malon (Steve) of Rapid City, SD, Galen Hieb (Anna) and Thailand; and her sisters, Lila Rau of Sisseton, SD and Frances Lehr of Ashley, ND. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the family, which will be donated to her churches.
