He is survived by: his children, Leah Azure, David Azure, Jr., Mark Azure, Logan Azure and Lynsee Driscoll (Chuck); his grandchildren, Adrian Azure (Sidney), Autumn, Avery, Teyah, Skylar Azure, Teagan and Wesley Driscoll; his great grandchild Ryker Azure; and his siblings, Karen Nadeau (Dale), Debbie Peltier (Ron), Sharon Gattke (Brian), Kathy Stein (Bill) and Bryan Azure (Laurie).
