He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie E Palmer and Elaine C Palmer (Lilly). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wade; his children, Andrea Medhaug (Darren), Hilary Palmer (Jayson Swanson) and Michael Palmer; his siblings, Don Palmer (Sharen) of Aberdeen, Richard Palmer (Vicki) of Jacksonville, FL and Jean Johnson (Phil) of Hayden, Idaho; and his stepchildren, Nick Berg (Amanda) of Las Angeles, CA, Shannon Berg (Josh Ogaard), Megan Whittet (Shane) of Bloomington, MN, Joelle Newport (Karsun) of Juneau, AK, Caitlin Berg (Andy Faulkner) of Dubuque, IA and Nathan Berg (Ash) of Aberdeen, SD. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
