He is survived by: his siblings, Frank, Lance and Lydia; his children, Brad Badten, Brian Badten (Peggi), Beckie Portra (Dennis) and Lance Badten; and his grandchildren, Kara, Tiffany, Ryan, Alaina, Tyler, LaRae, Brett and Chelsea. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
