He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mayer and Hertha Mayer (Hieb); and his brother Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Hinrichsen; his children, Sasha Jensen (Soren) of Minneapolis, Bryana Mayer of Oak Park, CA and Jordan Mayer of Otsego, MN; his grandchildren, Sadie, Samantha and Saylor Jensen of Minneapolis; his brother Scott Mayer (John Zeches) of Minneapolis; his nephew Shane Mayer (Naomi); and his niece Nicole Chance (Bobby). He is also survived by his brother, son, daughters, and grandchildren.
For anyone wishing to make a memorial in Dale's honor, the family would prefer The Northern State Wolves Club, American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, or the Roscoe Public Library.
