He is survived by: his friend Larry VanSchoiack; his wife Phyllis M Smith; his sons, James Gustafson (Anneene), Charles Gustafson, Jr., Brian Gustafson (Laurie) and Kevin Gustafson; his grandchildren, James Gustafson, Jr. (Elsa), Julie Gustafson (Jenny Muscanel), Joshua Gustafson, Derek Gustafson (Katlyn), Donielle Gustafson (Nick Wuebben), Dillon Gustafson and Tessa Gustafson; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Ezra, Esme, Camila, Maddox, Mallory, Adalynn, Annabelle, Charlotte, Skyler and Wyatt. He is also survived by sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and relatives.
