With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Hajzyk of Aberdeen, South Dakota, born in Hecla, South Dakota, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Nutten and Freda Nutten (Titus); her husband Bob Hajzyk; her children, Sue, Susan Risteff and Michael Hajzyk; her siblings, Archie Nutten, Dale Nutten, Jerry Nutten and Maye Glover; her nieces and nephews, Jeffery Glover, Steven Glover, Linda Stearns and Kathy Schweer; and her great-nephews, Jordan Stearns and Matthew Schweer.
She is survived by: her sister Alice Wilmsen; her son-in-law Sam Risteff; her grandson Tony Risteff; and her nieces, Nancy Schulz (Wayne), Judy Hamaker (Doug), Wendy Ramburg (Mike) and Lisa Wilmsen.
