He is survived by: his wife Jo Mallett (Reed); his children, Cabrini Chamberlain (David), Suzanne Mallett, Patrick Mallett and Sean Mallett (Erin); his grandchildren, Cody Chamberlain (Taylor), Amanda Chamberlain, Michael Chamberlain, Ben Warren, Samantha Warren, Thomas Mallett, Brookelynn Mallett, Jordin Puppe (Jacob), Braydon Mallett, Josie Knoell, Cooper Mallett and Ryann Mallett; and his great grandchildren, Lochlan Chamberlain and Oakleigh Puppe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
