He is survived by: his children, Chad Webb (Jill) of Rapid City, Christopher Webb (Janine) of Rapid City and Lisa Struckman (Lonnie) of Sioux Falls; and his siblings, Brian Webb of Norfolk, NE, Jerry Webb of Keystone, Charlene Engelhart of Aberdeen and Carol Skaare (Jerry) of Glendale, AZ.. He is also survived by five grandkids.
