He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Schott and Lydia Schott (Moser); his siblings, Eileen, Donald, Ruben, Gladys, Reinhold and Russell; and his grandson Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kay (Rau); his children, Jayde Schott (Kristi) of Aberdeen, Jamie Schott (Donna) of Lakewood, CO, Dayne of Sioux Falls and Sonda Tople (Greg) of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Bailey, Jordyn, Taige, Lauren, Kaelynn, Tannon, Landon, Brendan, Briggs, Darian and Josiah; and his siblings, Wallace (Sue) and DiAnn Aplan.
