She was predeceased by: her parents, Randy Hayes and Linda Hayes (Everding). She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Hayes (Natasha) and Mitchell Friedt (Megan); her grandchildren, Peyton, Axel, Hunter and Riley Hayes; and her siblings, Laurie Bender (Steve) and Cory Hayes (Melissa).
