He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mullinax (Howe); and his sons, Jeremy Mullinax (Brandy) of York, David Mullinax (Casey) of Chester, SC and Vandy W. Mullinax of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
