He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harvey and Barbara Winskell Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Golding Harvey; his sons, Michael Harvey (Joanna) and Nicholas Harvey (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Ben and Sophie Harvey.
