She was predeceased by: her father Will Dowell; her husband James Cie Goins Sr.; her sons, Jerry Wayne Goins and Larry Joe Goins; and her siblings, JC, Jack, Billy Dowell, Evelyn Richmond, Kathlene Morris, Judy Grimes, Lucille Moore and Geraldine Dowell.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Goins (Beth) and James Goins Jr.; her brothers, Ronald Dowell and Conroe Dowell; her grandchildren, James Goins III, Joseph Goins, Danielle Goins, Dean Goins, Joe Goins and Kheirston Moore; and her great grandchildren, Austin Goins, Kylie Goins, Caleb Goins, Dakota Dutton, Nate Williams, Keldon Williams and Cahliya Williams.
