She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clack and Martha Clack; her husband Wesley T Herron; and her great grandchild Shulga. She is survived by: her children, Connie McDonald (Barry), Judy Russell (Jerry), Tina Smithers (Tim), Tim Herron (Lisa) and Randy Humphries; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Charles, Jonathan, Heather, Taylor, Kyle, Levi, Hedi, Joshua, Ashley, Caleb and Wesley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Services - South Chapel (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
