In the vast expanse of eternity, Lydell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lydell farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Littlejohn and Osha Jordan Spears; her grandmother Dell (Lydt); her grandson Joseph Hemphill; and her great grandchildren, Sharelle Logan and Raven Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Beatty Logan; her children, Dorothy Jean Burkins of York, SC, Betty Lou Brown of York, SC, Margaret Ruth Davis of York, SC, Christopher and Bradley Childers of York, SC; and her daughter-in-law Dorothy Stribble of Rock Hill. She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, 56 Great-Grandchildren, 87 Great-Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Great Grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives.
