She was predeceased by: her mother Emma Quinn Childers; her husband William "Bill" M. Templeton; her parent Willie Jeffries Childers; and her siblings, Jimmy Ray Childers, Sr. (Frances), Charles Childers (Judy), Willie Jay Childers (Marjorie) and Frances Childers McCrackin (Thomas).
She is survived by: her children, Randy, Jeff, William Randall Templeton (Ellen), Anita Templeton Kelly (Charles), Timothy Donnan Templeton (Nancy) and Jeffery Daniel Templeton (Sharon); her grandchildren, Mandy Mull (Greg), Lindsey Pruette (Todd) and Whitney Jenner (Jake); her children, Chad Kelly (Alex), Allison Bogue (Bryan), Kristin Dingman (Trent), Emma Wilson (Alex), Raye Templeton, Meg Templeton, Hunter Templeton, Easton Templeton and Colte Templeton (Grace); her great grandchildren, Riley Mull, Ellie Pruette and Kit Kelly; her grandchildren, Ty Bogue, Carter Bogue, Harvey Bogue, Henry Wilson and Mills Wilson; and her sister-in-law Frances Bolin Childers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
