She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Wallace and Ollie Bryson McCarter; and her siblings, Patsy Wilt, Floyd McCarter and Albert McCarter.
She is survived by: her husband Haskell "Vernon" Bernard Sharpe; her daughters, Tina Harris (Roger) of York, SC and Melissa Bryant (Todd) of Clover, SC; her siblings, Janette Owens (Danny), Hubert McCarter of Clover, SC, J. C. McCarter (Debbie) of Clover, SC and Raymond McCarter (Peggy) of Clover, SC; her grandchildren, Megan Davidson, Savannah McCall (Stewart), William Davidson (Ester), Dakota Davidson (Katie), Hunter Davidson and Landon Bryant; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Davidson, Archer Davidson and Carmine Davidson.
