He was predeceased by: his son Terry Dean Hullett. He is survived by: his sons, Main St and David R. Hullett (Sharon) of York, SC; his sister Wilma Bolin of Clover, SC; and his grandchildren, Stephanie M. McAfee, Courtney H. Escobar and Heather Arnold.
