With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. Hendershot Jr. of York, South Carolina, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2020 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Hendershot; his stepdaughter Sara Jandreau; his grandson Jake Hendershot; and his parents, James Carl Hendershot Sr. and Mary Jane Barnes.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Hendershot of York, SC; his daughters, Ann Goodrow (Chris) of Potsdam and Mary Bartholomew (Justin) of Potsdam; his stepsons, Scott Jandreau of Canton, Fred Jandreau of Florida, Doug Jandreau (Michelle) of Lockheart, SC and Jason Jandreau of Florida; and his siblings, Scott Hendershot (Marlene) of Kentucky, Gary Hendershot of Massean, NY, Ron Hendershot of Georgia and Diane Wisig (Larry) of Florida. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
