He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Edward Carr; his children, Rhonda Lynn Carr, Frank Carr, Jr. and Franklin D.; and his sister Eleanor Wymer (Don).
He is survived by: his parent Texie Viola Carr (Carr); his wife Geraldine "Geri" Rosa Carr; and his children, Allen Sturgill (Pat) of Rock Hill, Robert Sturgill of York, Bobby Carr (Norma), Joseph Carr (Elizabeth), Chien Phan (Amanda) of Rock Hill, Frankie Wireman of York, Vickie Lawson of York and Patricia Bennett (Bennie) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
