He is survived by: his wife Patsy Henderson Capps; his daughters, Jennifer Capps of Rock Hill, SC and Amanda Capps Combs (Jacob) of York, SC; his siblings, Phyllis Criswell (Jim), Mary Lou Davenport (Larry), Benny Capps (Candace) and Larry Capps (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Margaret Capps and Jeanne Capps; his grandchildren, Sydney Combs and Jacob Evan Combs; and his sister-in-law Sarah Kamps (Trey Ripka).
