He is survived by: his fiancé Jessamyn Slaughter of York; his children, John Belk of Lancaster, Tyler Belk of Greenville, Kelly Hanks (Ashley Hanks) of York, Kayra Slaughter of York and Dolly Ann Belk of York; his siblings, Billy Joe Belk of Lancaster, Ronald Belk (Annette) of Lancaster and Debra Ann Terry of Great Falls; and his grandchild London. He is also survived by his fiancé, children, brothers, sister and grandchild.
