She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Charlie and Frances Ellis Adams; her husband John J. Meredith; her daughter Dorothy King; and her brother Leonard Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Stewart, John J. Meredith, Jr. of York, SC and Timothy Meredith (Susanne) of York, SC; her siblings, Kay Thomas of Clover, SC, Otis Adams (Diane) of Clover, SC, Derrell Adams (Angie) of York, SC and Larry Adams of Clover, SC; and her granddaughter Ashley Walton (LJ) of Smyrna, SC. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
