He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Blanche Montgomery Ramsey; his wife Wilma Louise Hawkins Ramsey; and his sisters, Thelma Ramsey Sipe, Margaret Ramsey Burns, Lula Ramsey Elliott and Ruth Ramsey Childress.
He is survived by: his sons, Carl "Chuck" H. Ramsey, Jr. (Kelly) of York, SC and Carlton Scott Ramsey (Nataliya) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Brittany Ramsey Scully (Ron) of Clover, SC, Taylor Brooke Ramsey of York, SC and Gracen Hope Ramsey Horn of Chester, SC; his great grandchild Annaliyah Grace Scully; and his brother William Franklin Ramsey (Margaret).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (1774 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745).
