Michaels; his sisters, Barbara Moses and Cindy Redmond (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Katie, Zach, Elizabeth, Candice, Chris and Maranda; his daughters, Carolyn Sandy (John) and Patty Cook (Paul); and his grandchildren, Holly, Ashley, Matt Matt, Jeremy and Lexie. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
