He is survived by: his parent Pauline Christner Clade; his wife Vivian Heffner Clade; his children, Donna Clade, Bob Clade, Jeffery Clade and Randi Clade; his stepson Anthony Pate; his brothers, Jimmy Clade (Lynne) and Keith Clade (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Eunice Pursley, Cathy Keiger (Alan) and Ronnie Heffner. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
