She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Small; her parents, Ray Carlton Watts and Christine Warren Watts; and her sisters, Artie "Shortie" Hawkins and Joan Dalton.
She is survived by: her sister Lynn Cash (David); her children, Ricky Small of Shelby, NC and Kim McDannell (Craig) of York; and her grandchildren, Justin Small (Megan), Jessica Lewis, Jennifer "Becky" Small (Alex), Jonathan Small (Lacey), Joshua Small (Lori), Kanah Spencer (Darius), Leah McDannell and Clayton Small. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren.
