We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 78, Frederick L. Gibbs Jr. of Yonges Island, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Leslie Gibbs, Sr. and Lillian Fortune Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Vaughn Gibbs; his granddaughter Lily; his children, Frederick Leslie Gibbs, III of Charleston, William Edward Gibbs (Emily) of Irmo and Pritchet Kay Gibbs (Bradley Hendricks) of Charleston; his sister Charlotte Vaughan Gibbs of Aiken; and his granddaughters, Kathleen Lillian Gibbs of Walterboro, Charlotte Ruth and Catherine Pearl Gibbs of Irmo.
