It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dollie J. Byrd Rogers (Yonges Island, South Carolina), born in Granite Quarry, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Curtis Brewer Sr.; her husband Dale Rogers; and her siblings, Daniel Curtis Brewer Jr., Richard Wayne Brewer and Linda Brewer.
She is survived by: her mother Ethel Elizabeth Hill Brewer of Goose Creek; her children, Lawrence Byrd III (Sandy) of Merriam, KS, Debbie Christensen (Alan) of Yonges Island, Cindy Rentz (Terry) of Hollywood and Joseph Byrd (Anna) of North Charleston; her stepson Travis Rogers (Jayne) of North Charleston; her grandchildren, Culleen, Kari, Christen, Logan, Zach, Joseph and Lydia; her great grandchildren, Kekoa, Kitana, Jaide, Anya, Sawyer, Connor, Liam and Carson; and her siblings, Robert Brewer of Burlington, KS, Helen Walker of Lincolnton, NC and Judy Martin (John) of Goose Creek. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
